I began my professional practice in 2007. At the foundation of my expectations for the (broadly understood) legal profession lies the conviction that law makes sense because of the person. It should serve the good of Humankind, facilitate social relations, and protect against abuses, ensuring a certain social order and a sense of security in our daily functioning as a community. Since ignorance of the law not only does not excuse anyone (Ignorantia legis neminem excusat) but actually harms (Ignorantia iuris nocet), while at the same time daily functioning, our individual actions produce concrete effects in the legal sphere (personal/family/professional), I see my professional mission primarily in shaping the Client's legal situation so that the meaning of law is realized in the protection of Their rights.
I provide legal services to Polish and foreign Clients: legal entities and individuals, advising on labor law, civil and commercial law (particularly contract law), and personal data protection (including GDPR):
- I provide ongoing legal services to companies and conduct litigation as a legal representative in areas covered by my specialization.
- I conduct training for employees and management (particularly in labor law, contracts, and GDPR).
Additionally:
- I am the author/co-author of publications in labor law (publications appeared in Rzeczpospolita, BusinessWoman&Life magazine, Fleet magazine) and publications on administrative procedure issues in the context of construction investments.
- I appear – at the invitation of radio stations – as an expert in labor law.
- I collaborate with one of the leading schools of procedural law, where I taught contract drafting principles in Polish law for trainee lawyers preparing for their professional exams.
In projects, I collaborate with attorneys and legal advisors specializing in real estate law, intellectual property, and tax advisors. If required by the project and the Client's wishes, I ensure cooperation with a notary and sworn translator.
Before establishing my individual practice, I gained experience at prestigious law firms (including years at the Warsaw office of international law firm Hogan Lovells in the Employment department), and then – for over 10 years – at Ch&O Attorneys Chludzińska, Ochwat and Partners.
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, a member of the Warsaw Bar Council.
I communicate in English and French. I provide legal services in Polish and English.
